Every Novelty Boy item is 3D-printed to order and personalised, so our policy differs from mass-produced stores.
Personalised / made-to-order items
Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for incorrect details you supplied (spelling, name, colour or quantity). Please double-check your details before ordering.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Orders that don't arrive
If your tracked order doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund any order confirmed lost in transit.
